SAPPA

A chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, Inc.

The San Antonio Public Purchasing Association (SAPPA) is a non-profit association recognized by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP). SAPPA is led by local purchasing professionals, elected from the San Antonio Metropolitan area. Members are buyers, purchasing and material managers and anyone associated with the purchasing function whether in the public or private sectors.
